Who we are

The seed for skill factory was planted when we were trying to recruit skilled software developers just fresh out of engineering colleges in the country. We found that most applicants lacked the practical skill and knowledge of hands on software developement in a real world scenario. Thats when we decided to come up with a training cum Internship program for both graduates and undergraduates and Skill Factory was born keeping the following points in mind

  • Training should be 100% practical and skill based
  • Focus should be on mastering the trade/skill and not passing exams
  • Trainee should be exposed to a real world scenario

With this in mind we started Skill Factory to impart skill and also develop great software for third party clients in the process.
